The Guarantee / Warranty period is the period for which the Manufacturer or their Supplier / Distributor will honour the guarantee / warranty. The details of the Guarantee are set out in the documents accompanying the goods.
It is the policy of DKB Elegance / Doncaster Kitchen & Bathroom Studio to cover the first 6 months of the guarantee period ‘jointly with the manufacture / supplier’, so if you have any issues with your goods within this period, then please ‘feel free to’ contact us direct. However, in some cases it is the manufacturer’s policy to deal direct with you/our customer to understand the fault to get the matter resolved throughout the entire guarantee period. This could require the faulty product be sent back to the manufacturer for inspection, repair or an engineer to be sent out. You will be informed on the best course of action at the time.
Any guarantee / warranty issue after the first 6 months is covered solely by the manufacturer. Any help / support provided 6 months after purchase by ourselves is out of goodwill.
