Failing to regularly change your hot water tank filter may not only invalidate your warranty but may also damage or cause the tank to stop working. Scaling up will reduce the flow & water taste.
We require PROOF of PURCHASE of the replacement filters if you have any issues after 6 months of the purchase date. Please have this at hand before getting in touch or the guarantee could be VOID.
